123HostNow took my money and ran

I originally had good experiences with 123HostNow and its owner Domingo Pichardo. However - on 4/1/06 they charged my credit card for domain renewal BUT DIDN'T ACTUALLY RENEW MY DOMAIN! The registrar is eNom, and they never received payment from 123HostNow - thus on 4/30/06 my domain expired! So now I am out $$ and my domain is expired - customers cannot access my site. Apparently, 123HostNow.com and its owner Domingo Pichardo feel it's OK to steal peoples' money and run.

I used UltraSpace Plan for over a year until they encountered serious problems with a downtime. On the top of that they started to add extra charges from nowhere. The owner was very unprofessional and eventually after fixing and changing servers took my site down without any notice and without returning money for prepaid rest of the year of osting.
Needless to say I am very dissapointed with that hosting company and would not recommend it.

More painful to stay

We have been using 123ehost for 3 years. More down time than I can accept. We are down now witht he explanation that their "router (singular) is down. We selected them because we wanted redundancy - apparently they are only partly redundant.
It is a pain to move but we will need to.

Customer service with 123ehost is great. They really seem to care and will go out of their way to help. Reliability on the other hand is an issue. I'm writing this because again my sites are down, and since they are business sites, it's critical that they remain accessible. While they do have a reliability in the upper 90's, I would like to see them get their technical side together so that it's way closer to 100 per cent.

since 123ehost went down again. Our website is out. We cannot recieve email. Basically our business is screwed whenever this happens.
You get what you pay for, and 123ehost is cheap. We will be leaving 123ehost as soon as possible.

I've been with 123 for several years now (4?). Usually very reliable, but over the last 3-4 months they've been non-existent for hours and as of today, the whole day. Can't contact them either since they must be hosting their own website and it's down also!

I've been using 123ehost for 4-5 years and I've always liked their quality support. I have never had any problems with their network and they actually have people answering the phone after the first ring.

unreliable mail and hosting

123ehost's mail server is often slow and unreachable, ftp access is flakey at times, and as i write this our entire site is down again.
When i fiirst begain using 123ehost they were quite reliable and fast - however, over the years i think they have over-saturated their shared hosting servers.
I would not recommend their hosting plans to anyone anymore.
