They used to be good but now they have become really really bad. Bad customer service. Untrained support personel. Never answer the phone! Only email with responses that don't help, most of the time.

100 megs has fair uptime and value. They are lagging behind on options they offer such as up to date shopping cart and e-commerce. I normally have 3-4 major issues a year that I need their help with, I have around 20 sites hosted with them. Depending who you get for support they may work with you or try and brush you off. There are two employees that are no help what so ever and one who puts out a huge effort. They do not offer any type of fault tolerance such as a backup server which is my issue today, down for 2 hours and counting... Also, they do not make an effort to contact you with scheduled downtime, so if you don't read their message boards every day and your sites go down you are left wondering what has happened or if anyone is even watching. I would give them a 50% rating, meaing, they are fine if you have a site that needs cheap hosting but you are not willing to pay for premium hosting features and service.

I've used 100 Megs for over a year now, and experienced each of their packages.
Their features and reliability are great, and the customer service is spectacular--usually I have a response within minutes, and they help me even if it turns out the problem wasn't with them.
The one strange thing is how each package is a little off proportionally. Their cheapest package is too much money for the amount of space you get. The middle plan is at a good price-feature ratio, and the most expensive plan has so many features I can't imagine being without them.
Overall, price is a little high, but the service is well worth it.

These guys are amazing! Tons of features available and very affordable. Customer Service... WOW. I get e-mail replies within the day sometimes within the hour.
