to this review here I've worked with Readyhosting for years now. It was enough to have to deal with the technical support folks who never give you the right information, but now I've engaged in an issue with the billing department.
I paid using their newly added Paypal link (for the first time). The never credited my account for the money received even after I emailed them my credit card statement and Paypal receipt which showed and validated the transaction took place.
I filed a Paypal dispute but they weren't able to help because it was not a tangible good that I purchased. However, when the Paypal dispute process put a hold on the funds and subsequently released the hold on the funds, ReadyHosting changed their story. Now they say, they DID have the money, but Paypal has taken the money back and given me a refund.
Even after I conferenced in Paypal an Readyhosting and they confirmed that they did not take back any money- I'm STILL waiting for them to fix the status of my account.
It is unbelievable to me that a company can function with this level of service. If I could get my money back, I would NEVER do business with them again. But, I'm fighting for $111.00 which is a full year's worth of web hosting.
Don't do business with them if at all possible. At some point you'll need them to step up to the plate and they don't have the support to handle it.

ReadyHosting double charged me for the same account, once in May 2009 and again in November 2009. Still, they have already taken 2 months and not returned my money or fixed their records (which show that payment has not been made). They are incredibly slow!!
