to this review here Their customer service went down the tubes when they were bought out months ago. Now, they change their terms of service without notice and start charging cancellation fees. They have gotten their last dime from me! They were a great company a few years ago, but they are not worth the heart ache and money any more! If you too have been surprised by the cancellation fee, please contact me.

Ditto! I've been reselling with RH for about 8 years (yes, 8). In the last 2 years, their tech support and reliability have both deteriorated. I, too, was surprised by their cancellation fee. Not only do they charge to cancel an account before the hosting term is up (which they've already been paid for), they also charge the same fee for downgrading the account! We're talking about a host who offers Windows hosting ONLY and doesn't even offer the option of a Linux hosting platform. On top of that, they just changed all of my account FTP passwords "for security purposes" which makes me wonder what happened to cause them to take such drastic steps. I had to reset password for 20 accounts (what a pain). Yep, they were great at one time but that time is long gone. I'm moving to Host Gator!
