to this review here Yeras ago I used to host with them. Great service,friendly peopl, I knew alomost everyone working in sales or support on a first name basis. Fastforward to today. I have a new website and I naturaaly thought of them to host it. I called last week EVERY day at least 5TIMES each day trying to get a hold of someone in Sales. Each time, I was on hold for at least !) mn before I gave up. THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE!!! I thougt may be the 800 number is no good so I sent them emails. NO ANSWER. I finally was able to reach someon in supoort who assured me that it was a misunderstanding. I asked where the call center was located ....INDIA. How can you help me with my server issue from India??? Do I get to talk drectly with the tech if needed??? NO Since WE ANSWER THE PHONE 9 don't laught !!1) There is no need for you to talk with the tech. we will do the liaison.
