to this review here For many years I used ReadyHosting to host numerous websites. A couple of years ago, they started to slide down hill (new owners I understand) and my guess is that they are near bottom.
Two telling comments.
1. I have been trying to cancel with them since October and they are still billing me although the assure me that the account has been canceled.
2. Their pricing is horrendous. For what it costs to host one domain with ReadyHosting, you can host an unlimited number of domains with 1and1,IXWebhosting or many many others.

You can ask the company to provide you with the signoff link. It is something link: https:/readyhosting.com/WebControls/Signoff.bml. I apologize, I am giving this from my memory
