to this review here So sick of this webhost. I've had 4 accounts with them for 5 years and my email goes up and down like a yo-yo. I've lost all my data so many times, yet this always happened in the midst of my billing cycle so it cost too much to hop to another web host. Finally, I've had enough. They lost all email on all my accounts, and their only response when I called was basically tough sh#t, download your email right away. Well, that's not what I pay them for. I pay them for backups and an uptime guarantee. They won't honor that guarantee and they won't do anything to attempt to restore my email. It's a darn good thing our customer service email is with another host, or we'd be toast. Don't use readyhosting for anything if you want to keep your data on servers, like you pay them to.
