to this review here My company has had a reseller package from this hosting company for aprox 3years now and they used to be great. Now however thier service has become unbelievably bad. Not only do they have regular 'outages' and reguarly lose data,they seem to have no regard for the fact that WE look bad to OUR clients for the service we provide them through our reseller package. We are never given notice of our sites or emails going down, even when it's 'scheduled maintenance', so we in turn cannot warn our clients. We will be changing providers at our earliest convenience.
