I've been with prohosters for just under a year and have never had any major problems with them. My site seems slow but it has never been down. On the few occasions I have had to speak to them I have found them polite and efficient. You can always get hold of a member of staff who has root access to the servers by going to their IRC server and joining #prohosters. The control panel, stats and web mail are a bit pathetic but I am on an old server and the new servers have all got upgraded CP's, stats and web mail.
