The main trouble with powweb is the load balance.

Figurative speaking, the load balance used by powweb, put your web to sleep when it is not used and awake it when it is needing. The problem is the wake process, sometimes its take some time (3-10 seconds) for open a even single static web page. So every site under powweb looks and feel lagged.
