I had 2 accounts here for more than 5 years. Unfortunately in 2009 things really went downhill. Where there was trouble with my site, they would take it offline, or delete the index file, without any warning or notice. After lots of downtime I agreed to a 'painless' upgrade which ended up breaking my site for a couple more weeks. Tech support used to be so great here! Now tickets are ignored for months. I wrote up my sorry experience when canceling the account, but never got any apology or explanation for the multiple failures. I'm much happier with Dreamhost now.Jan 18, 2010 @ 09:22

Please send a request from your old control panel or a quick message from the contact us link on our main page and I will contact you immediately. The last request I see you on your account was regarding a phpmyadmin update on your VPS which was completed. I did not see a message indicating you were unhappy and canceling your account.
