to this review here Price wise they are very competative but as we all know when you need support its vital it is fast and solutions are found in order to get your web site running asap.
Phpwebhosting used to be a excelent service and support was 1st class, over the years it has declinned to the point where support ticket go unread.
There is no contact with this company outside the "ticket" system. My site was courupted due to a process been turned off by PHPwebhosting staff (they allowed this process) and 5 days later still no word when they might perform a restore from backups.
I used to enjoy this hoster and indeed reconmended their service to many. but over last 2 years it has declined to something of a farce of extreamly poor support which costs my company a lot of money. Stay away from this hoster.
