to this review here Over the years since I have used this hoster it seems to become a less attractive hoster.
You get a lot within a basic hosting passage but when something goes wrong and not a easy fix you seem to have problems. But they usually try to bend over backwards to help some times. They upgrade without notice making some applications fail which you only find out about after emailing support. There is no telephone support, only tickets. So many tickets can be just ignored.
Sadly phpwebhosting support is letting the service fail.
