to this review here We go through a reseller of pair, but get really poor excuses to explain 6-7 months of smtp/pop3 issues. User/pass issues and the tech support seems to lack the ability to read details of tech tickets to actually fix the issues at hand. Tech support = redundancy. Comments 1 >>

Hi.Most likely your mailbox is too large and is causing problems with downloading e-mail. Simply log into Webmail at https://webmail.pair.com and remove any messages that you can. Sending e-mail via relay.pair.com requires POP before SMTP, so if you can't POP you e-mail box, you'll have problems sending. Also, if you IP address changes often, then you might also have problems. In short, you would want to use your ISP's SMTP server if the trouble is too great. |
