When trying to make an abuse complaint about a scam site hosted with them, "Bill Blanks" (company owner) will tell you to call the FBI. Now that is a smart reply! How is a UK scam victim who has been scammed by an Romanian scammer call the US FBI to complain about a website hosted on ourweb's servers? That's making it too easy for yourself, Mr. Banks and NOT bloody ICANN compliant!
Don't host with them, they are crooks.
