I have been with them for close to 5 years. They were outstanding with minimum down time. For the past 6 months lots of downtime, lost information when they did backups. Alot of problems. I host 8 websites, so it means lots of work for me when these kinds of problems creep up. Today, I have been down for over 7 hours and have not been able to get in touch with support at all. Needless to say, I am shopping for a new hosting company.
