We depend heavily on email yet we were without it a lot because they have so many problems with their email server. Then when I requested cancellation they require 30 days notice. Apparently that means we have to pay for 30 days but they can stop providing the service whenever they want. We were paid through those 30 days but they cancelled our account within a week and we did not have a new host yet. So we are again without email or a website. They screwed us. They are not worth the headaches.
