to this review here I am a reseller with OLM. We HAD over 40 customers using OLM. Our OLM server went down and after 3 days of no site/access/or emails and worse yet, no communication with OLM they informed us that our site and our customer sites we all gone. They could not recover any of them or thier data. I offered to pay for a data recovery team to come to thier location. Here is the response from supervisor Deep "Due to security reasons we are not able to allow outside firms come in to work on data recovery. in our data center. We have had our in-house consultants work on this issue and have determined that data is not recoverable." OLM repsonded poorly and offered us nothing but a free upgrade to our hosting plan!!! Most of our customers relied on OLM for thier backup and OLM said their backup was also corrupted. OLM's response is that we should have had a back-up of thier back-up and will not respond to me or any of my customers. So now its water under the bridge for them but OLM has crippled many businesses who some have lost years worth of data. I would not use OLM for any business sensitive Website. Maybe a personal site where you dont care if its down for 3-4 days and have no critical data.
