to this review here NPS has really gone downhill. Recent major problems with their email systems. Lost many emails because of this. Server went down last summer for awhile. Very disappointed.

I hear ya, Dan. I just went through hell with them over my monthly bill which they "claimed" I never paid. Although, I have my CC statements proving otherwise. (My review will go into more detail) When they finally straightened out the mess, I got a half-hearted apology from the tech. I've been with them since 1999, back when they were great. They are beyond awful now. This will be my last month using them. I told the tech that and he didn't care. They are going to lose business because of the shoddy way they treat their customers.
