haven't had much problems with site or email servers going down like other reviews state, but when i needed help on a PHP Script that auto-installs using that Fantistico Deluxe on the CP, their not willing to help get it running, they say they don't do support on any scripts from a third-party, other hosts have still helped me out at least get the thing running for me, maybe not set it up or anything but to get it running on thier servers, time to move back to hostgator i guess.
