They can't keep their sites up and their email servers go down. Their ability to deliver my email is hampered by ISPs blacklisting their outgoing servers for generating SPAM. You can't get anyone on the phone and I've been waiting TEN HOURS for them to respond to my "service ticket" on my inability to recieve emails from any address not hosted by them. When you try to leave their crappy service, they try to force you into buying an account with their registrar...
