to this review here Unable to update websites 90 percent of time due to their control panel being down - Their support staff refuses to address difficulties and refers you back to the control panel which does not open/work - owner of company promises to fix things but NEVER follows thru - and after 3-4 weeks of emails per issue finally blames his support staff for fixes he says he is going to make personally. He has excuses for everthing - except billing - they bill you even when your site is not up - over and over and over - they also bill erratically between the 23rd and 30th of the month - even if your site is not up. Totally not worth the hassle. Other webhosts work fine m6.net doesn't work at all after you initially upload your site - everything goes to hell shortly therafter. They'd rather dream up excuses instead of take responsibility for their problems and fix them - a never ending source of frustration... Not even worth the $10/month you save. The only way they respond is if you post reviews of their bullshit... and then they only offer to fix things if you will post positive reviews - all the while your site is still down! Unbelievable. Check the Better Business Bureaus and Attorney Generals Websites in the United States if you are not getting what is advertised - I believe there is a pattern of fraud with this company. Complaints need to be files under M6.NET - I recommend spending your time filing with the Attorney General on all the days you are waiting for the package you were charged for to be delivered.
