to this review here Went from a hosting company bases just miles from my home to LunarPages thousands of miles away and things have got better and better since joining. More space, more Data Transfer, a free addon domain, Service and Support is excellent.
Truly an out of this world hosting company

They used to be great. Now they are terrible. They took our customer support forum offline because of "cycles" without warning. 24 hours later they have yet to respond to the issue. Their tech support is terrible. The notifications they send are unreadable as they do not use native English speakers for upper level support.
Support waits on the phone run to 15 minutes and then they do nothing. I miss the old lunarpages but now we will migrate.
