They don't know anything about hosting Windows accounts and the entire time i was there it didn't really seem to bother them. This company is a classic case of overexpansion (getting too big too quick) -- if you read reviews of them from 3+ years ago they apparently were a great service company at one time. Now look at the kind of reviews they get. They changed their business model to increase their volume and revenues but apparently they didn't think about investing in additional personnel to handle the additional work that comes with additional customers. what bothered me the most is that they were quite arrogant and self-assured: anyone in their eyes that dare criticize their service must be from a competitor. run from this company.
