I have been with Jumpline for more years than I can remember. Up until this past year, they have been a terrific company to work with and I have felt they were an excellent value.

In the past six months I have discovered that they do not keep 30 day back-ups, I have been unable to login consistently to my customer manager, support tickets are now answered with questions rather than solutions (even for the most basic support requests), and my sites go down consistently.

If I didn't have so many sites to move to another host, I would have been gone a long time ago. It's a shame when such a good company turns turns to such junk.
