Moved to jumpline around 3 years ago. Recently (as in around 8 months ago) renewed for another year. My year is coming up for renewal shortly. Can't wait to go away.

Customer service is surly (both on the phone and by emails), and extremely unfriendly. Everytime I've asked for fairly minor things, they've either gotten back with cannot be done, but won't be done.

They've recently made a change that broke all my websites. When I complained about it, all I got was "oh yeah, we upgraded this and that -- too bad your stuff broke; I guess you'll just have to fix it". Meanwhile my host is still down.

The one thing I will give them is that they do tend to respond fairly quickly. Unfortunately, they just not of too much help.

Avoid. You can get much cheaper hosting with other providers, so why would you go with jumpline? I'd rather pay less, get more storage and bandwidth and risk putting up with the same (poor) quality of service with someone else rather than pay jumpline so much.
