to this review here After being fed up with mediocre services provided by 1&1 Hosting...I thought I'd give JetNet Hosting a shot. Since my friends were VERY satisfied with them, couldn't hurt to try right? Well after 2-3 SOLID months of having JetNet as my host, I can easily say I'm extremely satisfied with what they were able to provide. There was a period of time where I was not able to pay the months invoice since I was having personal issues going on..but guess what they did? Did they cancel my subscription? NO! Suspend it? LIES!!! They were very, very understanding and left my hosting up for a long period of time, I don't know many, if any other companies would allow for that. As far as technical issues? I've experienced absolutely none. Their site says 99.5% uptime guaranteed...but I've experienced 100% uptime!! As far as support goes...amazing! That was the prime reason I left 1&1 Hosting, I know this isn't the place to bash them, but they were terrible! I would submit a support ticket and wait a few days...and finally get my problem fixed, however it was either too late or I wasn't worried about it anymore. For JetNet? I can't rate their Live Online Support or their E-mail support because I never had to use it!! The support they provided via IRC was more than I needed or could ask for. I never felt as if I was being put on "hold"..their employees either instantly respond to you or always less than 10-15 minutes..and I think that is amazing!!! Bottom line, if you're a small time home user looking for hosting or a new up and coming business, JetNet Hosting Solutions is more than you could ever ask for!! Just give them a shot, tell them what you need, and they'll deliver the goods like the Pillsbury Doughboy baby!! Yeah!!!
