The support is EXCELLENT. One time i was on at 2 AM and i had a question because my html file suddenly disappeared in smartftp! I was wondering where could it have gone but then Bryan and Matt helped me within minutes to find that i had moved it into a different folder. There always on its like im getting 24 / 7 support no matter what time of day or night.

I dont think ill ever change hosting because im never got a better deal when it comes to support!
