On a very frequent basis, I have been unable to access my site. Or the access has been very, very slow. The folks at IX respond quickly, but they don't tell me what's going on, nor do they really fix the problem. I don't recommend IX.

No more words simply WORST!

I selected IX for the sole reason that it was CHEAP, and it was just the thing I was looking for. I had decided to begin hosting multiple sites for my school, including video/audio streaming, and other sites with highly localised traffic. Business Plus is definitely the plan to go for such sites. Rarely do you find hosts that give you a whopping 400GB of data and 2.5 terabytes of transfer for just 7 bucks a month.

Although they're slightly slower than I would have liked, they have a relatively constant uptime, of course, higher than 99%. Administration and trying to access the admin panel is again slightly slow, but manageable. Support is generally helpful, however, they do need to contact you after you've bought your package to confirm you in fact DID buy it.

Overall a great experience for something this cheap. Recommended to all.

Their price is the best.
However, the speed is the worsest.

The site will only load a simple page with only 3-4 small pictures.
You can tell how slow will the page to get fully loaded.
Also, the hosting system is very slow too.
It will overload if you try to run a simple script.
