to this review here Ipower is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life. They host our email and website and we have over 50 issues with them just in the past year with our emails going down, not receving or sending emails and our website going down completly. We are a business and count on our email and website for income 24/7 and dealing with Ipower has been a nightmare! They have the worst web hosting and when you try to call or email them about it, they only have foreign customer service agents that cannot speak english or understand what you are saying or what you are talking about. I have also been on hold with them for over 50 minutes numerous times in the past few months. This last time we just called today to fix an issue that has been going on with our email for over a week with no repair from them, I had a tedious conversation with a foreign customer service woman named Johanne. She did not understand or care what I was talking about, nor did she fix the issue. When I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, she refused and said they are in a meeting and a manager would have to call me back. After an hour of this I resorted to allowing them to call me back but I still have not received a call. This is not the first time I have asked to speak with management and they have never put me through, always saying they are "not available" and then they never call back like they are suppose to. I reccomend to everyone never deal with Ipower and I would recommend to Ipower that they take care of their customers and not just try to cut expenses with illeterate, inadequate and foriegn customer service that is not properly trained. Ipower is the worst Company I have ever dealt with and it has lost our business tens of thousands of dollars to this date.
