to this review here After long waits on the phone and slow email repsonses, I finally got the dreaded word. I cannot import my website into one of their gui editors. I was not told about this when I migrated to the new platform so now I have a website that is difficult for me to edit. I went with iPower 2 years ago based on recommendations of f/f. Site was easy to set up and customer service was great. Then (I understand) company was purchased, platform was upgrade. I will not stay with them when my term expries!

I'm having the same problems. Load time on my php pages is abysmal, my cgi forms didn't transfer correctly and I've been waiting over 48 hours for a response to my e-mail. We're definitely looking to switch.
