Webhost can reply
to this review here When you try to contact customer service
You must wait 1 hour for holding.
When I asked to cancel my acct, they didn't say nothing about written notice with 1 month prior to cancel.
I paid $47.40 on 11/19/07 , I canceled my acct 12/07/07 without written notice(it's rediculous!!), then they took my $47.40 and tried to charged me additional $3.00 to make $50.00 cancelation fee.
Cause I didn't give them a written notice 30 days prior to cancel.
What in the world, who has that written 30 day prior notice for cancelation for web hosting service??
They charged me $50.00 for cancelation fee!!!

Also you can type "ipowerweb suck" at google or any search engine, you can easily find the people's screaming about what they have done to their customer. Being smart, they should know where their money come out from.
