I used to host with infinology. After 3 years of giving them money, we wanted to become an e-commerce site. When we tried their 3 listed phone numbers (hosting, e-commerce, tech support) NONE of them answered for 5 days straight, at all hours of the day. We tried emailing, over 10 times, and the only replied we recieved were 'this request is being forwarded to our other department'. Each email had what I assume is a fake name at the bottom. One of thwir email addressed didnt even work.NEVER use infinology as your webhost.
