to this review here In all of the 5+ years I've been with Infinology never has their support team responded promptly to a trouble ticket.
The response time has become worse since the fall of 2006, when the service itself became unreliable, and they not only refused to respond to trouble tickets, but actually began to DELETE THEM. Over the past five weeks particularly, they have deleted, unanswered, 5 separate trouble tickets about their email services. I have been unable to send email through either Outlook or their webmail for over a month now. I have even sent them the verbatim error messages the webmail tool has generated, but nothing.
Amazingly, their billing system continues to function perfectly. How interesting.
They are scum and I will never do business with those deadbeats again.

I've seen this complaint all over the web, so don't be surprised if it happens to you. Credit card fraud protection is a wonderful thing, so be sure to follow up every call with an email naming names and summarizing the conversation. The credit card company will definitely support you if you can prove you made multiple attempts to cancel
