to this review here A web hosting company needs to do only two things, provide fantastic uptime percentages and fantastic support. ICDSoft is the only web hosting company I've used so far that gets this. They also post the uptime stats for every server from the day it went online. Trust me, the stats are impressive!
Support questions are typically answered within ten minutes. I don't mean your question is acknowledged within ten minutes and will then be answered later. I get the answer in less than 10 minutes, sometimes in less than 5 minutes. Does not matter what time of day or day of the week. It's almost scary how good their support is:)
You won't see lots of ads for them. They don't have lots of bells and whistles. They simply are the best of the best.

I agree. Many webmasters are familiar with the web hosting companies in this Top 10 Web Hosting list but ICDSoft is definitely under the radar. We started moving our sites to them during the past couple years and recently set-up a reseller account to facilitate the process. The beauty is that the more sites we add, the price per website continues to drop. As Mark mentioned above, the online customer support is lightning fast -- never seen anything like it. But, ICDSoft doesn't provide phone support, so make sure you are comfortable using an online ticket system.
