to this review here I just switched from a dirt-cheap host with dirt-poor service to ICDsoft less than a week ago, and I already feel cleaner. I accidentally signed up for the $10/mo plan when all I needed was the $6/mo plan. I asked for a credit and they immediately refunded me the difference ($48 for the year). $6/mo is more than my old host, but the way I look at is I'll skip my large Starbucks Cappuccino just once a month and there's the difference - sooo worth it (my doctor tells me I need to cut back on the caffeine anyway)!!!
