to this review here While you can't host multiple sites on one account, and the add-on features like fantastico scripts and such are lacking, they are great and reliable. Tech support is really fast; you can get an answer to an e-mailed question within 15 minutes sometimes, and never more than 90 minutes.

If you have ever experienced any other hosting company, you will CLEARLY understand that ICD are truly the UTOPIA of hosting companies on EVERY count.
The facilities, and also tech support are simply STUNNING and SECOND TO NONE. People still using other hosts can only dream of such services.
I have several accounts with ICD, and have been with them several years with only GREAT exereinces.
Unfortunatley I had to SUFFER the likes of truly AWFUL hosts such as FastHosts / UK2 first...
In fact, it wouldn't be to much to say that I nearly lost faith in humanity with Fasthosts.
