to this review here Service - Their response to questions and trouble tickets is exceptional. They reply quickly and concisely and demonstrate a high level of concern for the customer.
Price - I am not looking for a lot of bells and whistles, just a hosting service that provides the basics at a reasonable price. I do want good response times, plenty of storage and reliability. ICDSoft has never let me down.
Wow Factor - A few months ago I noticed that my files were bumping up against the storage limit on the server. I spent a few days considering if I should spend the extra money for more capacity or begin the painful process of winnowing out my unnecessary files. Before I could make any decision I received a notice from ICDSoft that they were increasing my limits without charge! I like vendors that address my concerns before I even contact them.
