ICDSoft has the best customer service anywhere.

When I was consulting for Arthur Andersen, I even tried to see if ICDSoft would outsource their customer service to our clients.

At first, one may think that their customer is indirect and slow. Just because, one has to fill out an online form for each question asked. They do not offer any sort of 24 hours telephone support or toll free telephone contact.

This is not true at all. I had sent ICDSoft support questions at various time of day (local time) and every day of the week. Sometimes even during global public holidays.

Consistantly, their Customer Support representatives would answer my questions within 10 - 15 minutes from the point of submitting my question.

Sometimes I did not realize that I had gone outside the bounds of their responsibility, but their CS representatives would still go out of their way to refer me to the exact solution and references, to my question.
