to this review here I've been very happy with them hosting my amateur photo/journal web site for the last two years.
Service response time is outstanding, and almost all their features are as good or better than what what you'll find anywhere else.
The one thing they seem to be lacking is virus-protection for incoming emails.
As a host owner I'm unable to protect my users from myDoom-type infected emails. Currently I receive about 100 of these a day. There is not even a way to block suspicious attachments. This seems to be a large gap in service as other hosts provide this and it is one of the biggest problems that host owners are currently having to deal with.
