I've read most of the reviews and am not sure what I could add. Their technical support just defies explanation for a web host company. I almost feel guilty for the $6/mo I pay, considering what I get. I recommend these folks 100%.

After 2 years with a real dog (aaa-webhost) I came to ICDsoft after researching options on the web. I did not seen a single negative review of them, which is pretty good for a host their size.

They are *outstanding*, in every sense. Transfer time is fast, uptime is great (I measure it with easymonitor.com, and it has been 99.97% for 2 years), support is unbelieveable - every ticket I have submitted has been addressed within 10 minutes, and every one has been brought to resolution. suresupport.com is knowledgeable and respectful. If I could rate them higher than 10 on this form I would.

They offer good functionality, and continue to upgrade their software and their packages. Even the price is really low. In the almost 3 years I have hosted with them there has not been the slightest hiccup in their service that made me think any other host could possibly be better. And the price has actually gone *down* and the resources *up* since I started!

There cannot be a better host, and I would be hard pressed to imagine another one as good.

A really great service. Great price and terrific features. The online control panel is very well set up, with lots of great features. The servers are very fast, and downtime is close to non-existent.
One of the really great things about Icdsoft is how well they look after people who are already members. For example, they recently upgraded the value on their standard plan, but they also upgraded all of the accounts of people who were already hosting with them - so for no charge I've found myself with considerably more hosting space, traffic allowance, sub-domains etc. And the support system is truly first class - even when I need answers at odd times - which must be very odd for them as I am in Australia! 5 stars.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are inexpensive, to begin with.Their servers are reliable, and their support is fantastic. When I have a problem, I submit it, and I have an answer within minutes! They are very helpful and reliable. It is a bonus that they cost so little.Highly recommended!

While you can't host multiple sites on one account, and the add-on features like fantastico scripts and such are lacking, they are great and reliable. Tech support is really fast; you can get an answer to an e-mailed question within 15 minutes sometimes, and never more than 90 minutes.

Most of the people have said it already, and it's all true. I have been with them since 2002 and have been incredibly satisfied with the service and features.

When you have a technical problem they respond instantly and it feels almost like a family over there. I do have another site on a different host and it is like night and day compared with ICDSoft.

There was a time when my site was growing and I had to upgrade a few times and the bandwidth allocation wasn't what I would have expected. But they have upgraded constantly, and it seems like we have kept up with each other.

Programming features are top-notch as well, with the latest languages being added faster than most hosts.

I first came to ICDSoft from a review site like this, and chose them because of the price and the comparably all-around good reviews. That was a good decision. Sites like this perform a great service.

Very usable and straightforward hosting, plenty of capacity for our small sites. I recommend ICDSoft to anyone who will listen. I like their PERL support, and their high-grade webmail is another huge plus. Tech problems, sometimes rather obscure are dealt with amazingly quickly and with exceptional depth of knowledge on the services. I've done maybe 20-30 support requests, most complete in 5 or 10 minutes. Great job ICD Soft! Why fool around with anyone else?

Service - Their response to questions and trouble tickets is exceptional. They reply quickly and concisely and demonstrate a high level of concern for the customer.

Price - I am not looking for a lot of bells and whistles, just a hosting service that provides the basics at a reasonable price. I do want good response times, plenty of storage and reliability. ICDSoft has never let me down.

Wow Factor - A few months ago I noticed that my files were bumping up against the storage limit on the server. I spent a few days considering if I should spend the extra money for more capacity or begin the painful process of winnowing out my unnecessary files. Before I could make any decision I received a notice from ICDSoft that they were increasing my limits without charge! I like vendors that address my concerns before I even contact them.

I am not the kind of person who writes reviews like this but I have been so consistently impressed by ICDSoft that I am making an exception in this case.

I have been a customer of ICDSoft since September 2002. Before choosing to use their services, I spent many hours on web hosting review sites trying to find the right provider for my web design venture, and since finances were tight I wanted to be sure I made the best choice.

Since then, I have not looked back and have recommended ICDSoft to clients and others who were seeking hosting advice.

I am a graphic designer as well as a web developer, and I appreciate clean and well-designed interfaces. Their control panel and webmail interfaces are clean and easy to use.

I have found their support system to be as good as everyone says it is, and their replies are always helpful, polite and well-informed. Over the last three and a half years I have made 20 support queries for various different matters and only three queries took more than ten minutes to be responded to. Rarely do I have to wait more than three minutes for an answer, though one response did take eleven hours. However this was both a low priority issue and one that was relatively non-trivial to resolve (preventing webmail hits from showing up on a stats page). The solution they provided worked perfectly.

Another point worth mentioning is that since I have joined, the price has stayed about the same, yet they are constantly adding features. When I joined, if I remember correctly, the Personal plan allowed 333MB of disk space, about 5GB bandwidth per month, and 3 subdomains, for about $5 per month. Recently the account was converted to a Universal account and for less than $5/month (due to discounts for multiple account holders) ICDSoft provides 750MB, 15GB and 15 subdomains, not to mention up-to-date support for the latest web technologies such as Ruby and PHP5.

Since I started hosting websites with them, I have had problems with downtime only twice. One of these times it was actually due to a network outage somewhere between my computer and their servers, which was outside their control (the site was still up throughout this outage and available elsewhere). The other time the outage was due to maintenance and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. Each time their support staff were very helpful with my queries, and were able to inform me straight away of the cause of the outage.

If you are considering a hosting package I would recommend ICDSoft without reservation.

This is true!!! and the best thing is that the support teem really knows about every thing related with your hosting and give always the right answer, you don’t have to explain more than once!!! They answer everything not like machines but really like experts.

* Robust Hosting: complete-usefull-easy2use Control Panel, scripts (php, perl, ruby, python, TCL), FTP accounts, directory protection, MySql databases, frontpage and ftp htm publication, webmail (span filters, mail-lists…), domain parking, monthly data transfer not used is accumulated for the next month!!!!!!!!!!! … and much more…

* They have upgraded (disk space, traffic) for free to ALL their clients, and not for few but they give 50% more for free!!!!!

!!!! Who else does such things? I really think only ICdSoft !!!!
