I've been authoring multiple web sites since 1995. ICD Soft is, by far, the best host I've had. I have had some problems with know-it-all techs snobby techs (who among us hasn't?), but they are very quick to respond to any issues. The longest amount of time I had to wait for a resolution was for an SSL certificate that we had to have installed (extra $10 a year), but even that took less than 45 minutes. At 2 a.m. in the morning. Their Knowledge Base is also actually helpful - first time for everything, I guess. I've slowly been transferring all my web sites to theirs as my other hosting plans for the other domain names I have expire. They even give sliding scale discounts for hosting multiple web sites with them. These guys are the real deal. But please be aware of their server side language limitations: no Java, no JSP, no ASP, and no ColdFusion.

The technical support is phenomenal. I have sent various questions to the staff, and always receive quick(a few minutes) helpful responses.

I have been here since my 1st website and have every intention of remaining with ICD Soft. Their tech support answers in about 4 minutes on average.

They even went to a lot of trouble to install Bugzilla for me which is a pig of a thing to install, especially without direct server access. This took less than an hour to sort out in total, from my inital request to Bugzilla up and running.

I went with Mantis BT in the end but that's a different story.

10/10 for everything !

This is a great service, I was looking for a reliable host after making the mistake of using Brinkster for a year. Now that I'm with ICDsoft I dont have to worry about any problems, everything just works. Their support staff are also very very helpful and patient.

Tech support via email is excellent. Wait time for response is minimal. For the past few years they have showed consistency and stable support.

You may need to learn how to get around their website. But, it is very functional and intelligent support can be anywhere from seconds to a few minutes away.

I heard about ICDSoft 6 years ago from a favorable review online. I dipped my toe in the water with them and was quite satisfied. 4 Web sites later, I am still a huge fan because their email support service is nothing short of astounding; simple or technical enough to solve most of your problems.

I have recommended them to my peers and have had nothing but positive feedback.

With their expansion of available storage, it has become an even better choice. 5-stars.

ICDsoft support goes above and beyond the call of duty. With under 5 minutes they contact you and have a courteous and professional solution.

I've had and still have hosting elsewhere, but I can't recommend ICDSoft any higher! While they don't have phone support the ticketing system is fast and they are very responsive.
You are aware that REAL people are dealing with your issues and seem eager to help. That said, I haven't had many issues and no complaints.
I cannot say the same with other hosting companies I'm using.

The pricing scheme is very simple and transparent - for a small site, take one package and for bigger sites, simply get an additional package - doubling your storage/traffic etc.

Truly a unique service and highly recommended.
