I can't say enough good things about Hosting.com. We are a small company that makes custom websites, database systems, and software. Our previous hosting company had been good when we started with them, ~10yrs ago, but the last few years they really went downhill. When we finally made the switch to Hosting.com we experienced a series of happy surprises. No unannounced outages, no billing irritations, and last but not least... they pick up the phone within a few rings and the person you're talking to is fully knowledgeable about their systems and your account details! Can I say that again? GREAT TECH SUPPORT!!

Our staff often (at least once a month) says what a relief that we switched... and it's almost been a year.

They are a little more expensive than other hosting companies. But after working with several other hosts all I can say is that, at this point in time, they are completely worth it.
