I have been with these guys since they *were* web2010.com*. They are now called HostCentric. I've been with them since our site went online about 4+ years ago and while I have very few complaints regarding uptime etc....when there HAS been a problem with our site being down, their customer service is PATHETIC. Today we have been down for 3 hours. Losing money like .... through a goose and no sympathy from them. Seriously considering changing hosts.
