to this review here Here's the scoop, they are based in Indonesia and depending on the emotional situation the owner (Rob) is in, he either takes care of his customers or lets them suffer for DAYS with down or malfunctioning sites.
You can pay for IP addresses but, suddenly they are removed and there is no compensation given.
I recently had to move many of my sites on an emergency basis. In one situation all our logs were removed, sometimes the site or email was down for days and he didn't respond to "EMERGENCY" requests for help.
One of my sites went down every day for a month.
Today he shut down a site for "non-payment" but he had never billed me ... his billing system is a disaster.
And in the end he doesn't care.
Please .. spare yourself and don't use him!!!
