to this review here Just a couple days ago my site was down for 10+ hours. Today it is down again. I have submitted a ticket and have no confirmation from Host department by email yet. For this moment my site is down for 3 hours and I have no idea when it will be recovered.

This is update for my post. The website was down for 10 hours 6 min (previous time it was about 13 hours). And I have no any answer for my ticket so far. I'm looking for another hosting company.
