to this review here I currently have 5 domains parked at host department. Not hosted, I left that a long time ago, but my domains were locked and I could't move them. Now their control panel has been down for a long time. They took my money for renewal and never actually renewed my domain and I lost it. I can't move the remaining domains because they are locked and I can't reach anyone to unlock them. This isn't just bad hosting and server down time, this is a complete loss of my domains. Stay far far away, don't trust them with anything if you value it.

I can log into the Control Panel but that doesn't help me.
For the domain that is hosted and registered with them, going to that URL now goes to the wrong URL entirely. Like you, I'm not getting any response from them so that domain name is effectively sinked.
For the domain that is only hosted with them, going to that URL just times out.
Does anyone actually know what the heck is going on?

I'm in a similar boat. I have 2 domains with them, both hosted but thankfully only 1 registered with them.I can log into the Control Panel but that doesn't help me.
