to this review here I've repeatedly used their support ticket system and emailed them only to receive no help. I'm then contacted at random intervals by "Jessica" who tells me my support question has been bumped to the top of the queue but I *still* have heard nothing from them. The email from one of my sites never gets through, my sites are constantly going down and I get random timeouts. They make no effort to resolve any of this. Their network status page even says all servers are fully functional. Their Live Chat is a joke. I've sat here on many occasions with the window open for hours with the "All operators are currently busy assisting others. Thank you for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly." message repeated over and over. I've *never* spoken with one of their reps. When the hosting works it's brilliant but when something goes wrong they don't give a damn, obviously don't even know there's a problem half the time, and never even bother to contact me regarding my support tickets. I'd avoid this hosting at all costs. I've been with many companies over the years but this one outright wins the 'worst hosting of my life' title. Leave a comment >> |
