to this review here Even though they claim a 6-12 hour response window, I’ve received no response from the Support Center for several days after submitting a ticket. I have some tickets that have been open (and are still open) for six working days with no response. I even requested an update to the original ticket and received no response from that. It would be nice to talk to a person live and not have to rely on the Live Chat or Ticket option. The skill base of the Live Chat personnel is extremely poor. One Chat person said the RSS feed problem I was having was being worked on by the developer team, when in actuality it was a problem with my popup blocker (that I diagnosed and fixed on my own). My list of complaints and problems with the support of this product goes on and on. I think you get my point. From a support perspective, Host Department is well below acceptable.
