I've used them for a few years and have had extremely few issues. They only provide email support so if you need/want your hand held, go somewhere else. If you know what your doing for the most part, their knowledgebase, forums and email support are all you'll need for the rare occasion that you need them. The best support is when everything works. That and pricing are their strong points.
